Special or sensitive personal data that we process

Svasek has no intention to collect data of people youngers than 16 years, unless given permission by parent or guardian. However we cannot control if every visitor to
our website is actually 16 years of age. We advise parents and guardians to be involved and monitor the online activities of their children in order to prevent collection of their personal data. If you suspect we have collected data of a minor without such permission, please contact us via leeuwen@svasek.com so that we can remove those data.

Please erase with a black marker on this copy: your portrait photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone), the id number and personal number (e.g. in the Netherlands the Burgerservicenummer or BSN). This in order to protect you privacy. We will react as soon as possible but within 4 weeks to your request. Svasek would
like to point out that you can fail a complaint with your local national privacy authority.
